Rockstar Games have just announced both Max Payne and Max Payne 2: The Fall of Max Payne are available on Xbox Live as Xbox Originals downloads for 1200 Microsoft Points each. Relive the classic tale of retribution with the original innovator of bullet-time in one of the most unforgettable and award-winning cinematic action franchises of all time. Originally released for the PC and later brought to consoles, both titles are set to arrive on Xbox Originals for an entirely new generation of gamers. Now is the perfect opportunity for diehard fans and newcomers alike to get reacquainted with Max before his next generation debut in Max Payne 3.It would be better if Xbox Originals also included added Achievements, but this is a pretty good deal for anyone who never played either game on the PC. |

Nice! I was thinking about these games the other day when BillyH, for SOME REASON, got out Max Payne on DVD and forced me to watch it. Man, what a piece of s*** movie. The first Max Payne game tho was a hell of a lot of fun. Hehe, my old review for it is still online. |

I actually went back to play 1 and 2 a few months back shortly after the movie release (not that i was inspired by the movie or anything) but it just wasn't the same as when i first played it. Maybe cause i felt it was very outdated graphically (obviously, since it was released like yonks now).
They need to release the 3rd one already. |
