That Lucasarts pack looks to be the large majority of their stuff on Steam, with the exception of the Telltale Games Monkey Island titles of course. Even Lucidity & Star Wars Galaxies is included there..

When you buy those packs is it normal not to be able to gift any games you already had purchased? I remember when I got the TF2 pack with HL2 bundled I was able to gift HL2 to someone since I already owned a copy. Can't seem to do it now with this THQ pack.

It's SOE, of course it's not free :( Although it's rather terrible so it's not worth even giving it a go (or wasting quota on patches etc).

I believe DOW2 is one of those "Steam required to play" games, meaning you're stuck with it once activating it in Steam.

Thinking whether or not to get Batman...Still waiting on the 360 version to arrive from s***ty Dstore (it's been like a month.) My steam games are so underplayed it's not funny. Damn xbox 360 :(

i thought farcry2 was very nice looking. very realistic looking landscapes. the game-play was just too repetitive n got boring fast. i persevered & there was actually some cool missions on the 2nd map. the end was dumb n piss ez :(

Ghostbusters is up for $10 too, thats pretty sweet, I enjoyed that game, definitely worth $10. Worth it for the nostalgia if nothing else.

Couldn't resist the THQ pack, there's just soooo much game in there. My Steam Games list is f***ing epic now, I'll never get through them all.

Is there any reason not to buy these games from the US or UK steam store? Borderlands is $35 on those stores. I know this method was working for L4D2, was just wondering if it works for all games.

Yeah, it works for everything. It's how I bought Modern Warfare 2, and how some people are buying Borderlands now that it's overpriced.
