In the same vein as SimAnt comes Empire of the Ants, a "strategic management game" from Strategy First. I'll be giving it a test run later but until now, you'll have to take your chances: grab it (or not) from AusGamers Files.

I've always thought that an ant management sim would be a kewl idea (possibly from seeing on the farm how colonies of meat ants spread out from the central hub and set up 'cities' near resources) until I saw SimAnt. It really didn't live up to expectations. Hope this one does it a little more justice ..
