A fairly quiet one with regards to interesting game news this weekend; the only thing that I care enough to post about is the release of the Nocturne 2 engine trailer. Nocture, you might remember, was a third-person horror-type game set in the mid 20th century, one of the major features of which was graphical stuff, including an impressive realtime lighting and shadow casting engine. The Nocture 2 trailer shows that this has been again focused on heavily in the demo, with some impressive use of lightning techniques.

If you're a redneck, or into racing, or preferably both, you might want to check out the Redneck Racing demo, a 100+ mb demo of some off-road racing, country boy style.
