Stevie 'Killcreek' Case, who's many roles include level design on Daikatana, John Romero's girlfriend, and soft porn star, has announced that she's leaving Ion Storm. No real word yet on where she's going, but here's a quote from her announcement:

effective this Wednesday, January 31st, I will end my two and a half year tenure at Ion Storm. Leaving the company that I practically grew up in has been a very tough decision for me, but one that's been brewing for a while. My time at Ion has been wonderful, and at least when it wasn't enjoyable it was most certainly educational. :) I leave Ion with the utmost respect for its inhabitants and their dedication to making cool games.

No great loss except, while she was there with John most of the crap over-hyped people in the industry were caged in the one company, unable to leave and cause damage to other companies.
