Well what did you all think of the lan. Couple things i am gonna say cause i can is wtf was up wif RA3. If and admin reads this can we get a dedicated RA3 SERVER. I know there was a couple at bout lunch but before than and that we had to run our own servers and just when you would be pullin off cobras the person who was running the server would leave and that is in the s*(& Umm everything else was kewl. um... thats bout it

The only real problem for me was (believe it or not) getting onto a CS server later in the day. 3/4 of the ones were password protected, and the only other servers had 0-2 people on it :(

But besides that, it was a good lan.

muSShy: Did you go ask the admins if they could create a Dedicated RA3 server? Im sure they could have worked something out.

Musshy, If you want a server started up you should have gone up to the admin section and asked, they would have pointed you to electoad who would have set one up for you. Just to save resources and have better performance, only servers that were asked for or seemed to be needed were put up.

I had a RA3 server running from about 3-4pm til close. It was running surprisingly well considering it was only on a p3 533 and I was playing cs wars/in the same ra3 server at the time :)

Next 2 day lan i'll probably be running quake2 CTF and action quake servers for the majority

when i'm actually playing they'll go from dedicated to listen servers

still lag free on my 10/100 netwerk card as i usually find the nearest switch to plug into

works the best all round for my famous servers and ftp hehe =)

all i can say is that musshy's rail was absolute s***... and qgl rox!

I have a uber fast AMD k6-2 450 with a 10Mbit network card I could bring along, just say the word :P
