my celeron 566@850 with a geforce 2 gts only gets 198 on a tweaked out config... thats a timedemo though.

I just tested Q3 1.17 (with IE, outlook etc still running) got 93.4 fps at 1024x768 everything maxed, 143fps at 1024x768 by dropping to low geometry, 16bit and low texture quality. It pulls over 200fps in Q3 at the lower screen sizes :)

I never benched HL/CS but using CL_Rate I've never seen it drop below the cap of 99fps - ever. That's running at 1024x768 with all settings maxed.

I haven't benched 'em but No One Lives For Ever, Hitman 47, Need For Speed 5 and Soldier of Fortune all run really smoothly at 1024x768.

Oh, and 3dMark 2000 is 6495 3dmarks. My Result here. Haven't tried 3dmark 2001 yet.

Turns out that my duron 800 which at 10x100mhz = same framerate as 8x106mhz (848mhz) and i got 152fps

ovbiously fsb overclocking gives you heaps more frames than just upping the multiplier

Creepingdeath - the GeForce2 GTS helps a bunch too. I had an Athlon 600+GeForce SDR and swapping to 800+GTS literally doubled the framerates.

I even tried conductive paint to do the bridges and still no go. I was really hoping to get 1gig out of the 800 :(

i managed to get 133x7.5 out of my duron 800 and OMFG!!!

185.0fps!!
