The AusGamers RA3 server running at 202.139.234.174:27960 has been updated to the 1.5 version; the new maps are not yet in place though because it would require me either uploading all the pk3 map files separately, or downloading the entire Mac/Linux client to my PC then uploading that (I still haven't figured out an easy way to download from FilePlanet to the file server). I'll try and do that overnight.

Update: Blah, new maps are there now, enjoy.
