Oh my god... I just saw a guy walking through the carpark of the hospital I work at right... typing away (presumably an SMS message), and he wasnt looking where he was going and ran head-on into a lightpole... ROFL!.

See how engrossed we are with Technology these days?

People running into things are funny.

I tripped over a chair while telling a joke to my family at the dinner table.

I was only in year 3, but they still laughed. :(

okay, perhaps this was not so funny, the poor barstard cut his face open.. mind you, neat place to do it, right outside of a hospital and all.

Yeah but you drive a Volvo so it doesn't matter.

Virgil.. shut up homo.. people deserve what they get. Next time it will teach him to look where he's going. A small incident like this could teach him a lesson that will save his life in the future.

I don't see why you said that. I hope someone runs over you and you die because the driver was too busy using their phone to care where they were going. If some moron walked into a pole because of SMS, he gets a bump on the head, big deal... if a DRIVER is SmSing, then the driver can bowl down a whole lot of people.

I ran into a concrete post in grade 3. Knocked me out cold. In grade 1 I had a boulder chucked at my head, that also knocked me out. And in yr 11 ( I think ) I ran into a steel pole. No matter how many times you get hit in the head, it still f***ing hurts.

You want to talk embarassing, you talk about walking FAST down one side of Sydney's Town Hall, you see a pretty woman, you manage to get her to smile at you, and BAM! a f***ing groin high post jumps out at you...hard.

Three hours later, I was still in pain. It was a sad day in the history for both males and groin high posts.

Oh and a friend and myself were riding our bikes down a REALLY steep hill and at the bottom was a cul-de-sac. Anyway the gutters were angled; I went one side of the cul-de-sac and he went on the other side. We both met in the middle. That also hurt.

Let's see what else, yes I've had a 6 inch nail go through my foot (the tetanus shot hurt more I reckon), I've had my neck bitten by a german shepard and got 30 stitches. Blood everywhere.

Hmm plenty of other stuff including having several bits of coarse road gravel wedged in my knee (yes that hurt a lot).

tetanus needles :S
/me sleeps for half a day

i had a piece of wood fall on my head and the nail cracked me on :P (didnt fall from far) .. later that day after the nail ... i stood on a thumbtac .. straight into my foot :S youch!

i think my brother wins ... when he was like 4 yrs old ... a rock hit one of those wire baskets u hang plants in .. the wire bit flung up .. hooked THRU, under his eyelid and back out the otherside .. didnt scrape his eye at all (would been blind fo' sure)

WINNER!

Lets see, I've been:
Bitten by a dog (stitches)
Fallen through two roofs (more stiches)
been riding real fast and my foot (no shoes) came off the pedals and dragged along the road for a while
riden into a wall while looking the wrong way
ridden into a guard rail (the sharp side) of a bridge while avoiding a dog
tried to doa backflip off a swing set onto a pile of sand and landed on my back
tried to do jumpo real high on a trampoline and hit the bars around the edge with my neck
and stood on some glass in a pool (many stitches, four needles cause it just came straight out the would, and neraly lost the toe).

So thats why your such a moron hunter, all is revealed... :P hehe.

I was training for cycling and I have clip ons on (they lock your feet onto pedal ya. :) So anyway, I come in to stop and what have you, I pull one foot off and I was so f***ing tired that I balanced wrong and started to fall onto side where the legg was still atatched, neways, by some amazing coincidence the chain wheel (bigger cog) slices through my calf and gets it pretty good, no stitches but it looked nasty.

Oh and once in grade erm, 3 or 4 I think, I was on one side of the road and aeveryone was walking into school. Suddenly this great big ladn rover starts rolling down the hill, jumps onto curb and is chasing all these kids down the footpat (it was a hill) well, one girl wasnt watching and the car ran her over, the car sucked here under and dragged her for a bit then spat her out. Needless to say she was slightly messed up, but turned out ok.. she didnt go into intensive care. But was slightly damadged. Shows you that you should always watch which way you be going. :)

Cyclists with no regard for amateur cyclists and pedestrians and even cars KICKASS :) Gotta love some of their antics I think. Though as a driver they can be very bad. I tend to respect most people when on road/bike paths... :)
