BarrysWorld is the latest ubernews site to close its doors due to funding cuts. Once the prized website for English quake news, it now is wallowing in the glut of news sites grasping for the sponsorship dollar. Many are predicting that the downturn in ecommerce is just temporary, but it still has taken down some mighty big websites to permenantly change the web as we know it. I guess its for the best, but it's sad seeing the mighty fall.

Its not sad seeing the English fall; after watching them play cricket you get used to it.

There is no challenge in obtaining first post. The challenge is to obtain an on-topic, interesting first post.

Bahahaha nats ... the challenge here is to make an on-topic interesting post !! first , second or otherwise ! but just like ZPG its a great ideal that'll never happen :o)
