So who went to the BDO..
it was f***ing great!!!
especially Rammstein and Limp Bizkit, they rawked!!

I heard that Bizkit was a bit un-inspiring...

i heard that they always have been... heh

I poked my head out of the boiler room long enough to catch some of both of them, and they both seemed pretty good... esp those pyromaniacs from Rammstein :)

rammstein were just too good, great music great performance. at the drive-in kicked ass, limp bizkit tried to keep up with rammsteins performance but it wasnt gonna happen.

skulker rawked, bodyjar were happenin as always and frenzal's john howard tribute was a nice touch.

Sunk loto were great killing Heidi's smashing pumpkins cover (if you could call it that) was s***, powderfinger i thought was pretty average.

boiler room on the way out, Carl Cox sounded fukn average as. just sounded like a normal DJ at a night at Rics etc 'three deck wizzard' my ass.

sif Friendly didn't 0wn the boiler room. :)

Rammstein really did throw down the gauntlet to all other performers. Man they put on some pyrotechnics - fricking rawked!

Except for the dumbass that threw a full bottle of water at the lead singer and sconned him in the throat. Fagets.

Till Lindemann, is f***ing HOT. And Yeh, that wasn't funny, if that was me, id tell you all to f*** off and i'd walk off stage. :P

Rammstein ROCKED. Same stuff as Korn's Family Values Tour, but VERY enjoyable. I stood off centre at the egde where ppl walk out from Stage Diving, had an awsome view without getting hurt :)


Boiler Room was awsome, Sonic Animation went off. Bit of a bummer about the bloody muddy floor :( Had new shoes on. But don't fret everyone, i got them clean :)

Ok, I'll expand on my experiences as well :)

Resin Dogs were pretty cool, their breakdancers were f***ing good, made their show really :)

28 Days were good, though the fact we knew they were staying in our hotel probably meant we dug it more, we kept trying to remember which of the punk assed mofos we saw loitering around on the saturday and sunday were actually in the band.

Friendly were very very good, possibly the gig of the day IMO, I am the proud owner of a Friendly "Funk U" shirt after that.

sonicanimation were too crowded where i was, too many dance newbies, trying to mosh, tossas :) They were good though, when those big soft toys came on, omg, mayhem.

I unfortunately went away from the Boiler Room when Bexta was on, and from what i heard, i missed the set of the day :( She's very good at reading the crowd and playing stuff that they can get into...

Bodyjar played really good, as per usual, saw two of their biggest and best songs, the tent almost fall down :)

The Happy Mondays sure did suck, I've never seen the Boiler Room so empty. I don't know why people rave about them, they stank something chronic.

All the boiler room freaks were sitting outside waiting for the rancid horses*** that was the Happy Mondays to end, when we heard the familiar strains of Born Slippy emanating from Darren Emersons decks. I've never seen so many people move so fast :) He played a really tight set which included Rez and finished with Blue Monday.

I'm not a Jungle person, so I left when Roni Size and Reprazent came on, but one of my Jungle friendly friends told me they really stank. From what I heard, I'd have to agree.

Rammstein and Limp Bizkit were good, only saw them from a distance, the pyrotechnics of Rammstein were caw.

Carl Cox was ok, I was probably a bit too shagged to appreciate it, but I'd say he was no Fatboy Slim, who is the best ever Boiler Room act for mine.

Last year's still owned it. Admitedly I didn't go this year, but there was only 1 or 2 acts I wanted to see, and a lot of "oh yeah, spose that wouldn't be bad if I was there" acts. Last year's though was just full of awesome stuff.

did anyone see black eyed peas? they were the pick of the day for me, thats how you work a crowd! @ the drive in sucked ass, to much feedback, rammstein were a close second place, fire is good.

A very ordinary year for the boiler room i must admit, sonic animation were my pick for the boiler room, nice variety and the DJ song was f**kin hilarious.

Bizket was gay!!!

RAMMSTEIN were the centre of attention that BDO!!

Placebo, Sunk Loto and Bodyjar also were f***ing excellent!!!

Overall, I enjoyed BDO immensely, except for my f***ing gay sunburn all over my head!

I look like I shoved my head and neck up a girl who was having her period!!
If only I was so lucky!!

The Lilly pad wasnt on the map was it? Well not that i saw anyway. As i was leaving though, i walked past it. Damn shame, i wouldn't have minded visiting it.

But Limp Bizkit are s***.

Rammstein are ok, but not enough to make me pay to go.
