There's been release dates announced for both Scary Movie 2 and American Pie 2. Scary Movie 2 is due for release in America on 4th July, and American Pie 2 is due for release in America on August 10th. This means they will probably be out in Australia from anywhere between 0-3 months after the American release dates.

There's reports in a London newspaper that Doctor Who is finally coming to the big screen. The science fiction/fantasy movie will be based on the television series created by the BBC. David Thompson, BBC films' big burrito, has said: "We are talking to a famous American director and hope to announce his name in the next few months. A British actor will definitely play the Doctor but we have not decided who yet."

Blair Witch 3? It seems that Artisan Entertainment says there will indeed be a third Blair Witch movie. Apparently producers plan to take more time with the movie, which will be a prequel to the original 1999 film. When asked about the dissapointment of the second Blair Witch, Artisan replied saying: "Had we had more time with the film, it would have been more successful."

While I think it's great to see "entertainment news" becoming a regular feature of QGL's news, it seems to be suffering "Ren Hoek" disease whereby the information is seriously old news.

Still, it's better than print media. :)

But anyone who's a regular the Darkhorizons, Ain't it Cool News and Coming Attractions, will know of this delay...

........why do people wanna know of sequels and stuff before they come out or in some cases are still in the making :(

anyway from now on i'll just learn about them when i notice cs servers empty and by movie ads on TV :)
