I would guess that if you ask for a refund and say you just want to buy it from a different store they'd happily give it to you.. maybe wait and see what some of the dudes that have actually gotten refunds say though.

I had HL2 gifted to me, then bought the Orange Box. Now I'm stuck with an extra HL2 copy I can give away... so gay. Should be able to turn it in for Steam credit and get another game IMO.
