If only they'd bring this show back. With all the useless s*** that's on TV these days (australian apprentice? honestly?) this is just what we need IMO. It's such a shame they won't be doing anymore... At least that is planned so far. I got the feeling the way daryl kept pushing the whole "this is the LAST TIME that we'll be doing/seeing/hearing" stuff that he wants to keep doing the show. a) Being original and funny
b) Such a huge arrangement of segments
c) Unscripted & live
d) Attracts big name national & international acts
e) (most importantly) Provides entertainment for the whole family

I'm a +1 for bringing it back, straight after FHV would be awesome or even on a Sunday night instead of boring ass bias current affair shows that don't represent journalism properly at all.

The skit wasnt funny, not because it was offensive, just becuase it wasnt funny.

Its pretty lame that they had to make an apology for offending someone on the second show, if they did the show as it originaly was, they would be apologising every show.

Why was it racist again, because they painted there faces black, well as far as I could tell they werent black, so they kinda needed to make themselves look like the jackson five, who if you didnt notice, have brown skin.

So its not that the act itself was racist, just that blackface in the somewhat distant past has been used to be racist?

My point was that the African slavery that is in question didn't come to Australia. I even made a point of mentioning that we had our own dodgy history seperate from what was offensive.
