Came back to my car parked at the train station tonight and some slut had put a business card on my drivers side window (wedged where the window meets the rail thing) for some get rich quick bs.

Called the ho and chewed her out for a bit asking her WTF she thinks she's doing (yeah responsible I know!)

Is there any guideline for this? I'm sure it's illegal, will probably call the council in the morning, or waste some of her time calling and pretending to be interested then save my junk mail for a year and deliver it to her house (I'm petty)

Pine rivers shire btw (moreton bay)

go round & collect all the cards you can find, find the address of the woman or business & dump them through their window

I don't see a problem? If you're not interested, chuck it in the bin.

Meh, just throw it away and not bother wasting any energy or money on it. Just be comfortable knowing in a years time that woman will look back and all the money she has spent and how much she actually ended up earning and give up.

Minxy, think harder. Syco, by telling him to "just throw it away", you're telling him to go out of his way for spammers. Imagine if, every time you get a spam in your inbox, you have to physically get up and walk to a bin! Terrible.

You should just go online and make a thread about it in a forum to vent your irrational anger.

Oh, hang on...wait...

i know in nsw it was made illegal to do this a few years ago.

you could come back to your car and there would just be oodles of junk stuffed under the wipers. the majority of people would then just flip it out and dump it on the ground. the gutters would then end up filled up with fliers so the govt cracked it.

Rang council, told me there was no law about it, and warned me not to throw it on the ground as I might be charged with littering in that case! OMG!

Anyway, the number is 3267 0054, whenever you walk past a payphone call it and ask her how big her tits are or something.

ive heard that one of those 'make $$$$ at home' setups is a business card printing machine you pay like $700 up front for.
then canvass businesses to make cards for..
so technically not an at home business if you have to go from shop to shop...
i guess you catch like 'assistant to the lame guy in charge' who doesnt get a card provided by the compamy but wants one to measure his dick up against.....

I see people going around putting flyers on cars in the mornings at my train station.

as mentioned above, afternoons its a sea of flyers lying around on the ground.

i saw a cool one that was shaped and printed like a parking ticket,so you go up to your car and are liek w t f ! grab the thing and take a look at it. It was for some beauty parlour and if you bought in a real parking ticket they would take the amount off a treatment or something.

Would be awesome if i was a girl / OP, i could get my beaver done.

technically, you could bring a civil action for trespass to personal property. but as there's no damage, at best all that's going to happen is that you'll get nominate damages, which is very small. there might also be an implied license, which would make any case difficult to proceed.
