For those of you who don't know. GSC announced back on the 8th of May that the third installment of the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. will be released in the fall (spring for us) of this year.

Chronologically speaking this game comes after Shadow of Chernobyl. With any luck they might get this release right.

Have they fixed Clear Sky yet? I avoided buying it because of all the crying I saw online.

it was a f***ing hard game to play :(

I actually got thru both SoC and CS with only a few bugs, but when you hit em, they are game breaking, managed to get some fixes tho, good games apart from the bugs.

Also I don't see this as the 3rd installment, it's the second episode. If only they were able to reach this titles potential.

I loved both episodes but got a major bug half way through Clear Sky so stopped. But it's the kind of game you can play for days non-stop. I hope there is more polish to this next episode and can't wait for more Russian accents.

Well I didn't get any of the bugs. I suppose I'm kind of lucky.

In the interim I've revisited SoC with the Stalker Complete 2009 mod;

It really does make the game that much better.
