I have mentioned this show a couple times on this forum. A few negative attitudes towards Big Bear. They say it's all a show for the cam. I personally think it's awesome. He does some pretty crazy stuff. Him and MacGyver would be unstoppable.

never heard of it, the promotional material in the OP does not entice me one bit.

its a survival doco tv show about a guy and his camera man that get dropped in the middle of nowhere and have to find their way to civilization. each week is a new location around the world somewhere - he eats pretty much any animal/insect/fish he comes into contact with and goes over waterfalls in knocked up rafts and s***. he then goes home and has sex with his 20 hot wives while working out

Yeah I watch it whenever I notice its on, not a huge tv watcher so don't plan on watching shows. Really like his stuff but.

yeah its an awesome watch. I dig how he really knows his s*** but doesn't do the hardcore khaki bushwacker image.

squeezing the water out of the half processed s*** is pretty awesome.

yer it's mad.. some bits are fair obv scripted and they'd tell him exactly what he can eat and s***, but it's still a mad show with heaps of little tricks u wouldn't have thought of.

1 of my fav was the kimberlies episode.

Hehe, I actually love the show, but it *is* mostly show. He's admitted to sleeping in resorts at night, eating 5 course meals, having animals planted (the Rabbit he caught one episode, a dead sheep, some fish) to eat and having his crew build ladders and rafts for him but makes it look like he does it all on the show.

I still love the show though.

Edit: Actually in episodes that are re-played on TV now there's little warnings and whatnot in the intro and during things he setup because the channel he was making the show for thought it was all legit till he was all over the tabloids for faking a lot of stuff.

Yeah i had always thought in the back of my head that alot of it is setup. But when you look past that its actually pretty enjoyable. i like it.
