He was NEVER registered with the SEC as an investment advisor!!

I've been exploring the PBS channel on Truveo on iPhone lately. I'm still undecided as to what they are heh. They're either a huge conspiracy channel or they're pretty damn right wing.

In America whenever Jewish people are investigated the Law will come up against cries of Anti-Semitism. Maddoff is/was/still is ? financially very powerful and had powerful friends. It would be virtually impossible for authorities to investigate him without coming up against the dreaded Anti-Semitism defense.

It would seem 'after the event' there was plenty of clues laying around but it nobody wanted to pick THAT ball up and run with it.
