Eurogamer have pointed out US videogame store, Gamestop, may have revealed the release dates for a number of key holiday titles in an earnings call gearing up for Q3 and 4.

Apparently it's likely we'll be seeing both BioShock 2 and Tekken 6 by October, while Modern Warfare 2 and the highly anticipated Assassin's Creed 2 will land in November. There's also mention of key Nintendo titles that are yet to be announced for the holiday period.

Of course this isn't directly from the respective publisher's mouths, but Gamestop is a mighty big chain, and most of these projected dates make sense. Oddly absent are any major PC releases meaning we may not see any Blizzard products launched before the end of 2009.

Modern Warfare 2, Bioshock 2 and Assassin's Creed 2 are major enough to keep my PC in use till Blizz presents something else.

Oh please oh please let it be zelda for christmas!

Damn. I heard Tekken 6 was due for release in September.

Considering the first trailer was released before the PS3 was, I think thats a piss poor effort from Namco. Guess they're trying to milk what they can out of their arcade sales.
