i just played braid on xbla, and it is probably one of the smartest puzzle/platformers i have played in a long time, well written too.

I just got this on the weekend, well worth the 1200 Monkey Dollars

Everything was great, the art, music, sound and gameplay. It was a tad short but everything in it is unique, no 2 puzzles are the same.

Wish this would come out on the PS3 but can live a PC version if it's still on track for this year.

The only lame thing is the demo - its a poor representation of how awesome the full game is

All 3 Donkey Kong Country games were equally pwn, I still play each one in their entirety at least once a year, sometimes multiple times.

I've completed all 3 without losing a single life (not in a row though, now THAT would be a challenge).

Sigh :( Where is RARE :( Last game I played was Conkers, best 12 hours of gaming I've ever had.

There is something really great about playing the donkey kong games. Actually playing any side scroller is awesome. You can just tell that the creators put a lot of effort into the design of the stages. Each world had a different feel and play to it. Unlike the s*** thats out nowadays. Is it because it has become increasingly easy to create side scrollers that companies think that anything would do?

Rare, please go back to making platformers and stop making Viva Pinata sequels.
