Activision's Call of Duty: World at War drops tomorrow Australia wide for PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 but we've already received the first PC version patch to get you in the mood.

Here's a taste of some of the changes, which will probably only make sense if you were participating in the beta:
- Mods are now enabled in Co-op, Single Player, and Multiplayer.
- Players will now be notified when a new patch is available.
- Improvements for SLI support.
- License key is no longer required to run a Dedicated Server.
- A Dedicated Server can now be started from the Command Line via Remote Desktop Connection.
Download the v1.1 patch right here from the AusGamers files library and stay tuned post-release for a full review of Call of Duty: World at War from AusGamers.

I found the browser in the beta to be f***ing horrid

Unable to multi select severs to add to favs
Filtering tool was a piece of s*** - wanted to filter by <100ms... sorry no relevant option
Looked like ass
No drop down options, only click to cycle

Needs to be Hitler zombies, just to screw over the germans.

I never really had a problem with the CoD4 browser. It's definitely not the most powerful but it's a hell of a lot better than the console style game browsers in a title such as Far Cry 2.
