After breaking my leg a couple of years ago in football and having some dramas with it I decided it was time to take the first step to get back on the field next year.

Started playing touch 2 seasons ago down at Shaw Sports at Wavell which is premier leauge. Twice a week mixed monday night and mens wednesday.. we are top grade both div's.

I didnt realise how serious some of these guys take it down there for social touch

I play fairfield road mixed touch. My team are duds with no rugby history = frustration++
But its still pretty fun and yes some of these people we play against take it so seriously and so do some of my team mates. Just f***in relax aye. It is social touch d*******S!

Yea mate, i play at shaw rd aswell. Mixed monday nights and mixed tuesday nights. I think we are in div b, not the top div cause we didnt want to play 6 aside.

Yeah I play at Shaw sports, Mixed Wed Nights. Some of the people who play there are right rat bags. I cant beleive there was actually a fight 2 weeks ago when we had to play at Zillmere, over a game of touch!

i liked playing at zillmere better tbh only cuz it was closer to home haha

indoor cricket/netball > touch footy

well we were playing tonight untill i just found out all games are canned.

i played indoor cricket for 2 seasons before this. Enjoy footy 10x more

mite be a better workout, ill give you that;

netball/football = major knee and ankle injuries. i will stick with volleyball.

futsal was more fun

There was a crazy girl playing indoor cricket the other night at salisbury ... got bigger balls than me, I've seen what happens when you cop a ball on the chin, no way I'm getting in those nets.

Depends on what type of volleyball...if sand is involved not so good for knees
