You are a fruity type dude
Anyway, Boags light beer is where it's at. Can drink an ass-load and not feel like crap but still enjoy the taste of a full beer! 8-) |

carlton dry isn't bad, but its note exactly a taste sensation. blondes and super drys are my current beers of choice. |

I usually go down to dan murphies of a friday night and pick up a couple of imported beer's in the 500ml bottles, tonight my selections are:
From Russia: Baltika #3 http://farm2.static.flickr.com/1242/1451490544_40348b160c.jpg?v=0.jpg I've tried this one before, nice and crisp and clear. From Russia: Baltika #4 http://www.nwmicrobrews.com/Baltika/Dark_Lager.jpg I haven't tried this one yet, it's a dark lager but apparently quite nice and smooth (I usually don't like dark beers) From Russia: Baltika #8 http://www.united-nations-of-beer.com/images/baltika8.jpg A nice cloudy wheat beer, probably my favourite of the baltikas From Germany: Schofferhofer Kristall http://www.beerstore.com.au/beerstore/uploads/beerImages/Schofferhofer_Kristall_L.jpg A filtered wheat beer, my favourite of all of the above that I've actually tried, slightly fruity but still has a nice bitterness to it. |

carlton seems to give me shocking hangovers! though its not to bad to drink..
I prefer the lighter tasting beers (heavy strength though) like amstel, corona, becks etc... Ive been meaning to get back into beer, after 4 years of drinking bourbon i think im over it.. then again maybe i should move to scotch or gin.... |

I have found two American beers that aren't completely terrible:
1) Sierra Nevada Pale Ale 2) Anchor Steam |

I made the mistake of buying some Green Harvest Cascade. Don't get me wrong, it's a nice beer but it sure as s*** ain't worth $80 a carton. In the future if a beer isn't clearly priced, I'm not picking it up.

Oh yeh, if you can find it, give Blue Tongue beer a go. Made in Hunter Valley I think. It's expensive in QLD but really awesome.

2) Anchor Steam fricken awesome beer. There's a bar in LA called SF bar or something along those lines that has it on tap. Awesome beer to buy by the jug with a bunch of mates and get pissed on. |
