A loving family man with a promising future loses everything when he accidentally kills the burglar who broke into his home. Covicted of involuntary manslaughter, he is sentence to spend the next three years inside a maximum security facility where the rules of society no longer apply.

Just saw an advanced screening of this and holy s*** it was awesome. Easily one of the best movies to come out this year and I'm gonna go as far to say I enjoyed it more than The Dark Knight. For something that looked like it was going to be some type of B movie it turned into something much more. Everyone's performance was great, Val Kilmer played such an awesome role in this and Stephen Dorff was f***ing great as well. Hopefully this role will bring him in to the spotlight a bit more.

My only gripe was the way it ended but I couldn't see it finishing the way it did by going in another direction. So if you're after a good, hard, gritty prison flick then check this out.

god i couldnt even watch 30 mins of doomsday. it was that f***en bad.

you're s*** man, it was awesome.

Felon rocked, very solid acting and great script. Makes you realise how f***ed up and empty life can get for even the nicest people and makes you appreciate what you have.
