i really don't see why anyone would offer this... how would you advertise or in anyway profit from someone posting ftp:// links to files on your server?

that said, xot said in my thread a few threads down to try ftp://66.17.245.71/anon_ftp/incoming/ <-- no idea about it but worth a crack

thats correct. may run a little slow at times though.
