I do believe thats "Ghost Rider" on a Suzuki GSX-R, and the only reason he didnt clock 300 is cos theyre speed limited

I do also believe Ghost Rider died some time ago, which isnt a surprise

that looks so like an autobahn. notice once he gets past the bus, how everyone in the fast lane pulls over to the right when they see him comming.

I dont think it is an autobahn because its not very well cambered in the bends, like those babies are awesome, race tracks for the massess.

Yes awesome video, but he doesnt give himself much in the way of an 'out' in a lot is situations but then again someone doing wheelies at 200+k is probably a great rider.

Pity he'll probably be dead within 6 motnhs if he keeps it up. It will only take a tool in a car to cut him off, a piece of debris on the road, and splat city.

I have a pic here somewhere taken by a mate in the rear of an Audio 100cd that I was driving in Germany, the speedo is coming down from 225k and I am being passed by a black Merc doing about 250. That was 15 yrs ago, imagine what they are doing now with much quicker cars.

Mooby that was filmed on the highway that runs north out of Stockholm in Sweden. It's just a standard run of the mill highway which just goes to highlight the guys insanity.

There is a pretty fine line between bravery and stupdity and this guy walks right down the middle imo. He obviously has some ability on that bike but that counts for little when you then factor in everyone else on the road. Hell he could be the best rider in the world but I doubt that'll save hime when someone else f***s up. I think thats something many people forget when it comes to using the roads, you might be good you might be doing the right thing but it doesn't mean someone else won't do something that'll bring to to grief.

I learnt that lesson the hard way when I trashed my old GSXR 750. I used to sit on 240kph on my way from Sydney to Goulburne every weekend. It wasn't until I had a car move over to my side of the road (head on) when I was doing 60kph that I realised how stupid I was being. I ended up sliding down the road on my head and trashing my bike trying to avoid the front end of this Rangerover. I ripped two guide posts out of the ground with my back. If I had of been doing 240kph it would of been goodnight for me.

Needless to say I lived and I learned and I haven't owned a bike since. Not because I went off bikes but because no matter how well I stick to riding safe or how good I am (I'm actually pretty average on a bike) You can't count of other people to be doing the right thing.

I don't find what the "ghost rider" does impresive, mind you if he was on a track I would but on the open road he's just a f***head. Oh and if you think that makes me a f***head when I was 20 years old doing similar things you'd be right I was a f***head. :)

Oh s*** yeh, the one from Stuttgart to Munich is awesome plus. Its like a Daytona track in some places, the bank is like up to 12degrees. We did the run in a little over an hour and its 220 k distance. Roughly we worked out we averaged 185kph for the trip. Must go back to Germany one day just for the driving.

The instruments in the video look like a Honda CBR1000RR to me... 2004/05 model.

This is the Hyabusa vid --- clicky

pretty nuts. f*** wheelies at 200kph. All you bike dudes, how much control do you actually have when you bust out a wheelstand like that? Is there actually as much risk of flipping backwards as it seems?
I'm gonna go steal my gf's dad's Ducati 996 and try it :p

I do pop a mono on the DR650 sometimes, but never to balance point. feels like you are going to flip backwards.

Its a Suzuki GSX-R ok

I saw the DVD

Its black.

And yes, he's dead.

He rides two different bikes in the DVD, the turbo Hyabusa (I spooged) at the end and something else... possibly a GSX-R but not the 1300 and I doubt its even Suzuki judging by the difference in instrument panel.

PS How do you know he's dead? It doesn't surprise me in the least, but I still want to know the source.
