Check out the patch notes. Download it locally.

Lots of people complaining about the download/installer stuffing up. ZG is getting massive props and so is the new Battleground. promoted / edited forum item

Update by trog: the full patch is now available.

"The debuff limit has been increased to 16 (from 8). In addition, the client will now display all 16 debuffs."

Wonder how much stuff is f***ed with this... I assume they just hacked mobs to have x2 as many hitpoints

Onyxia with the changed fear stuff will be interesting :/

Zul'Gurub looks sweet, but I'm not looking forward to finding a group for it (more group members = more retards).

I really should get around to joining a decent guild or something.

Nerf Agil! 33% seems like a good figure to me.. Much like they did to defense....

Random bitching aside - Can't wait to run ZG, been hearing some great things about the place & the bosses/events in there. Just a shame it's my guild's MC night tonight (and I'm not MC-equipped yet. Not by a long shot)

On proudemoore alliance here, not looking to merge with any guilds but we have 4 level 60's looking to do ZG with another guild, (rogue, warrior, hunter, priest). Me and hayds use to be in the same guild.

How many hours a day do you guys spend playing WOW? and how much have you spent on playing the game?

Every time one of these patches comes out, I'm so very tempted to re-enable my WoW account, but then my rational, responsible side kicks in and I realise it'd just make me fail uni horribly if I did =\ When the christmas holidays roll around I'll prolly give it another bash.

I like it, we did 5 bosses in ZG and it was very challenging, its a mini Molten Core for toughness and some of the drops are awesome. We got a really nice sword thats comparable to Brutality Blade. Id doubt any pickup groups could manage some of the further in bosses, it gets a lot harder as you go in.

I am allready half way through friendly in Arathi Basin, really fun PVP, fast action that doesnt 100% rely on your ability to kill, seen plenty of pickup groups give us a tough time playing it like chess, taking various points were we defended weakly. But im 39-0 so far and really enjoying it.

Will have to see how long the alliance on Blackrock keep up the action, usually drops pretty fast.

IMO, it saved the game for me, Im really enjoying it and looking forward to seeing deeper parts of ZG.

dirty dalton

I waited for 1.7 played it for about 5 minutes and quit then uninstalled. Didn't dop jack for me. Pug's still suck dick in pvp bg's and still the same s*** with ZG, need a decent group to do it which involves logging on at a specific time for your guild, or waiting around for 5 hours trying to get a decent group going.

Viva la quake 4!

Yeah Suzi still plays her Priest, she still loves the game, re-enforces what she has allways told me, grass isnt greener. Find a home, make friends, play the game for the relationships you make, the real joy in MMORGs are the people not the game, i'll allways miss the Cainer PVP gank squads.

We have a regular group of 15-25 people that we enjoy playing with, sure we could be more uber playing this class or that (God ive struggled as a Rogue) but were still here. I have a lot of alts, ive quit 20 times, to be back there a week later, allways miss chatting on Ventrilo with friends.

This patch to me is fun, I can also see how it would suck for unguilded or small guilds, PUGs suck in all MMORGs.

To me its 5-10 hours a week my wife and I can enjoy not thinking about work while our son sleeps, many other couples play FPS's or watch TV, WoW is where we can unwind and not give a f*** about what else is happening. Were lucky, were in a biggish guild on a popular PVP server, our guild doesnt punish us for lack of attendance and low playing time, they understand WoW is a few hours stolen when we can and a few raids we can make when we have nothing else on.

I feel sorry for those not as lucky as us and understand how it could trully suck, MMORGs dont reward you, they suck your life and spit out useless accounts worth nothing compared to your time entered, but Im still here.
