Man it's getting damn cold all of a sudden. I swear only a few days ago it was ok to be up this early and now the temp has dropped like 5 degrees in one day. Although I prefer winter over summer seeing as we don't really get it that bad up here but this is getting ridiculous. The worst thing is having a shower and then freezing your ass off when you get out.

8-)

Yeah, I always have the fan going so as soon as you step outta the shower you can feel the cold sting of the air getting sucked under the door and up to the fan. Why must I torture myself but I can't stand the mirror being all fogged up.

Cold is awesome. Chicks are the best heaters ever. Especially fat ones. Little do they know I'm using them for warmth. muwahaha, I'm so sneaky.

I'm glad I don't have one of those fans, f*** a foggy mirror, when I have a shower at night I don't need a mirror. I get out of the shower, put my boxers on and jump into bed.

You are just luck you don't have a child and a dog. Go in shower with shut door, come out of shower with every man and his dog walking in and out of the bathroom, door wide open

Locks and nice warm bathroom when getting out however having to repaint your door from dog scratches and the kid yelling at you and knocking on door vs quickly have a shower get out and get changed quickly.

I pick the easy road :)

Rev, I have that same problem with the fan, and the cold/fog conundrum. My solution - don't have the fan on during your shower. Then, hop out of the shower, and dry yourself. As soon as you're remotely dry, turn on the fan. I usually put on pants at this point, but that's personal preference. Now, it'll take 3-4 minutes for the mirror to de-fog, so in this time you do everything you need to do in the shower without a mirror, such as brushing teeth and deodorant etc. This way, you stay moderately warm and in a few minutes, awesomely unfoggy mirror.

Winter is good! Without a proper winter, do you realise what I summer would be like?

Haven't had to break the heater out just yet, though I reckon I might get the fireplace going on the weekend!

I do it differently to N-Dude, I have the fan on for 90% of the shower, a minute before i hop out i turn it off so just a little fog escapes but is not bad. The other way you are still gonna have the fan on when you are out of the shower not in it, which is the thing I'm trying to avoid.

Jeez, i just checked and the temps here are the same as back in brissie, the only difference is we are in the middle of summer here and you are in the middle of winter. From now on it only get's colder for us and warmer for you guys.
BTW - Sweden in the summer HAS to be the best place to be, shame it only lasts for 8 days :P

try working in a giant warehouse all night with the giant rolled door wide f***ing open, then getting into your car at 2:30am to go home and having your hands free to the gearstick

My turbo, on the other hand, loves the cold

What hurts the most is when you're hanging off a spanner and it shatters in your hand and you punch something when your hands are freezing, not happy jan :(

Thats what sucks about winter for me, smacking my cold hands :(
