All Lions matches are televised in Brisbane. Whether the match is a sellout, or likely to be a sellout determines if it is shown live or on something like 30-minute delay..

The last three games these guys played up here all turn to s*** in the third quater. They all just throw logic out the window and both teams just start fumbling with the ball and have no structure to their game.

This year is no exception

Now a complete useless story that im going to share with you.



First game at the gabba under lights was Brisbane vs Essedon. I played at the half time game for Northern Eagles. Aus Kick rocked!

well the lions have collingwood at the gabba next weekend, which they SHOULD win, westcoast the week after at subiaco which i think will be close but the eagles should probably get over the top, essendon at the gabba they should win, the bulldogs at telstra should be close but on form the lions should probably beat them, then hawthorn at the gabba should be another win...then two other games versus the swans, port and the saints.


so they should go alright for this second half of the season, I think alistair lynch said last night to make sure of a spot in the final 8 they'd have to win about 5 games in the rest of the season, and looking at the matchups as long as their form (especially at the gabba) continues, they should at least be able to make the finals, and we all know how well the lions have played in the finals the last 4 years...so there is hope yet
