I'm in the market for a good quality low noise/high performance 120mm case fan.... I'd preferably like led's on it to spunk up my case...

What brands should I be looking into for quality fans??? I then will pick something out of their range...

I have a p160 antec case...
The front grill of case has 3 blue downlight led's which is exterior to case... The back already has a stock 120mm exhaust fan...

I want to either put the stock to the front of the case, or put the LED one on the front grill to shine through together with the 3 blue LED's...

Any comments appreciated... I'm getting the new zalman hs/f which will have a blue led on it too!

Just buy good quality sunnon or panaflo 120mm fans without the gimmickly LEDs ok.

what u'll prolly find with the p160 is any 120mm case fan you buy (if its a sunnon or another actual brand) will be it won't fit into the front fan slot. Basically u gotta pull the s***ty thin 120mm off the back and shove it in the front, then just buy a good performance one for the back. So thats further encouragment (plus common sense) not to get an led fan.

Buy a 120mm antec led fan.

Well I've had a few antec fans, 2 led ones and 2 ones that came with my antec case and they do push air well.

hmm i got a tri led one, and a clear one at the back, both are s*** :S

p160 fans diffrent?

EDIT: Frontal one is 1200 rpm, not sure about the backone coz its not censored :S

the superlanboy fans arent meant for high performance cooling. they are a silent solution that stop your hard drives from melting and provide a bit of air circulation.

for what they are designed for, they do a pretty good job.

also the first yum cha fan i bought ran like an aircraft engine... thats y i went the super quiet ones.. so remember if u dont want to have your computer sound like a unattended bag at bagdad airport invest the cash for ultra quiet ones.. also the ultra quiet ones i got fit into the front grill which i think from memory is 25mm max
