Gah it now wont let me sign in without updating to their latest version cause of a critical security issue that was addressed... oh no you can't just patch it you have to download the latest lump of s*** bloated with more useless things I can post a stick at... Well i havent noticed anything different really, but I heard things about that retarded *nudge* thing that bumps your chat window to the top of everything on the other persons comp. If thats still in it there better be a way to f***ing turn it off!

Edit: ahaha thats because I tricked it, I said yes update and it let me sign in then it pops up asking to run the update file DENIED BITCH!

amsn still signing in fine for me, haven't used ms's msn for ages now.

edit: I just signed in with ms's msn thing, I didn't have to upgrade. what version were you using before? I've got 6.2

I didnt get anything, I'm still running 6.2 and nothing has ever come up telling me to update..

Same. OT: Tried the Remind plugin? It repastes the last X lines of your previous conversation on-screen when someone opens up a window and starts chatting to you again. Good when people take f***ing aaages to reply to you and you cbf checking the history to find out what they are replying to :)

I just got a windows update thing telling me about a .net fix, so installed it, when I rebooted msn wanted to upgrade. oh well, good while it lasted :)

I just deleted the 6.2 install :P

You still have to do all the mandatory update s***e, but i havent seen any differences

Will that work with MSN 3.6 ?? That was the last 1337 version... I dun even use MSN anymore though, but was thinking of using it again, but I dun want any new bloatware client.

its only updating to 6.2...which doesnt really have that much bloatware compared to 7 (and still works fine with msnplus if anyone of u use it)
