A follow-up to the previous GIMP discussion. I stumbled on this little plugin for the Windows version called GIMP Deweirdifyer A little plugin for Windows Gimp that gets rid of some of the weirdnesses and annoyances in the Windows version of Gimp. Visit: http://registry.gimp.org/plugin?id=3892 I haven't tested this myself as it's Windows only, but if anyone gives it a go, please post your comments! |

If I interpreted this GIMP wiki properly, then 2.0 plugins should work with version 2.2

Ah yes, so it does! Took a bit to get going but not sure if that was because I had to change something in the settings or if it just needed a restart, but its ok. Looks cool! I'll give a tinker (next week) and report back but first impressions are good - solves one of my main gripes with gimp about the billion windows everywhere instantly!
