Optus already has it on their plans. Its about $120 on a $55 plan, $379 on a $33 plan and $1239 on a $22 a month plan.

Yeah I saw it in the latest brisbane car sound catalogue, on Optus.

Are these the ones with 65k colour screens? The 4096 colour ones on the 6610s really put me off nokias :\ 6230s are nice looking phones tho, the button layout looks pretty good, unlike some of the spastic ones nokia have come up with lately.

they look alright i guess, but look like any other nokia phone.

a guy came into work last weekend asking for data cable for it, i ended up selling him an infra-red dongle and a usb hub cos he had no more usb ports.

works everytime whenever a customer comes in asking for a data cable aswell :P

I know the phone lacks all the cool features (some i want :P), but its rock solid (ie. its met the ground many times) and is small. I can live without the up-skirt cam photos for now.

I just got offered the Nokia 7250i for no extra cost, but simply resigning my old contract for another 24 months. Absolutely nothing changes, cept I get a brand new, awesome phone!

Yay for me. And thanks Optus;)

the bloke on the phone told me that it has an "in built flash"... and that is an exact quote... now i am starting to think he just meant that it has 'enhanced night mode'. No biggy... but it would be awesome if it does have a real flash. anyone?
