Hi Guys and Girls,

IM having trouble installing word onto my Grandma and Grandads computer :(

It says there is a Error 1304 which means i cannot access the MSClientDataMgr\Mscdm.dll when i try to go into it is says that it is corrupt :(

Any Ideas ??

Also what does this dll do, and would i have to reformat ??

tried cleaning your cd?

What operating system are you installing this onto and what version of word/office?

If it says its corrupt you could try having someone with the same operating system send you that dll and replace it and see what happens.

dw i just restarted and it found some errors on my G&Gs HDD, it fixed them automatically and then it worked :P
