Waste of money really. The kid will probably be dead soon.

Nah, just kidding. What a champ to do something like that for someone you don't know. If I had s***loads of cash I'd do the same too.

8-)

Thats awsome. Great to see examples everyday of People willing to give so much and expect nothing in return.

Maybe this world isn't doomed for the s***ter.

I know a few of the original qgl crowd who would do that. Who knows, there's probably even some good people in the newb crowd that came in with CS

What a f***ing CHAMP
Poor lil fella, definately would have brightened his day/week/month/year/life.

Id hope that a few of the QGL people would do that, i mean i know i would LIKE to....but i really dont have that much money. But i doubt a cancer patient would come to a board and say, hay guys i have cancer.

We need more people like this guy... not that they just give away free xbox's, but because he knew what he was talking about and genuinly wanted to help.

Props to him!

We don't really need people to buy people xbox's just because they are sick.

Sure that is a great thing to do, and it should be acknowledged etc yes..

But what we really need is more "random acts of kindness" I mean geez, with all the s*** outta there, everyone can all do a little thing and it would be big to another.

It doesn't require lots of money etc.. just being nice.

And doing little things, they all add up.

And that guy well, HEH what a fkn champ, bl about the kid though and the family, it sux how life is so precious yet, things like this can happen and people have to battle through things like that their whole lives :(

i see random acts of kindness at least twice a month (i only leave the house twice a month)

this story just happens to be a little spammier and a little more soppy hollywood bulls*** than the other, less appreciated acts you see around you every day but fail to realise

open your eyes people, the human race isn't completely f***ed up just yet

.... but it's pretty f***ing close

I would have to agree with ein, altho the guy is a top bloke for doing what he did out of the kindness of his heart there are plenty of acts of kindness handed out everyday. just almost all of them are unappreciated by other people therefore just giveing a warm fuzzy feeling to the person doing it.

Mate if you write about them in here.. we will sit here and keep typing stuff like "What a great Bloke" and "oo how caring"

If we heard about all these things that you 2 guys know then im sure we wouldnt be feeling the WOW factor that we are getting now.

So please inform us.

i am not saying its gotta be big and flashy, but say like i have seen guys help a lady with her pram off the train or help someone with directions. thats the sort of thing i am saying, just small and what would seem to be insignificant to others

after reading that post i was compelled to continue reading the thread. that sierria guy is a champ. what amazes me that he not only bought the kid that xbox etc. he also gathered together some doctor friends to help out the kid and try to beat the cancer free of charge.
