Help solve a family fued.

Sue says that the Mountain Due is a Lemonade drink, as is Sprite.
Much like There is Coke and there is Pepsi - both cola drinks.

I say that Mountain Due isn't a Lemonade.

What do you say?

I was just making it definate that sprite was though [Q], episemi. But mountain dew, maybe its the dew from mountains but just carbonated, cos its s***house, so is 7 up.

So really, its like a tropical fruit drink, hense the orange and other natural flavours.

it tastes kinda lemony but tis definately not lemonade. while sprite, 7up n lemonade all taste similar, mountain has the extra somthin else. it could also be argued that solo and lift are lemonade too though

Okay, now another thing i've just debated.
Lemon and Lemonade are two different FRUITS all together.
Lemonade Fruit doesn't have the bitterness of Lemon.

Solo is a LEMON drink but Sprite is a LEMONADE drink :P

derr but lemonade in the sense of sprite etc is just a new age revamp of traditional lemonade which was and still is made from lemons, hence the lemon juice colour

mountain dew isnt like sprite, and doesnt even taste like it and no home brand drinks have ever replicated a mountain dew.

also pepsi and coke dont taste like each other, coke has had home brand replicas, but none ever taste as good as pepsi...

i remmeber going to BigW once, and they had a pepsi stand out the front, and they hid the 2 drinks, spun it around, gave me a taste, and then asked which tastes better, and since i was a coke drinker then, i said that one that didnt taste anywhere near as good, coz i thought itd be the pepsi, but it was the coke! - but they were cool, they gave me a big packet of chips just for that :D

Bah sprite, kirks clear lemonade is the best of 'em :) Best in a can and totally ice cold. Bubbly fanta lemonade is interesting though, worth trying.

check the contents, it has orange juice or extract in it !
