if any of you know ayone who wants to buy a Zoom gfx 707 gimme a yell

it's in perfect condition, even has that stupid peel-off plastic layer over the display still - all manuals in perfect condition, all packaging in pefect condition - I look after my stuff

240 volt power supply too (not the crappy zoom one, a third-party one)

Info/Pics/Reviews:

http://www.harmony-central.com/Effects/Data/ZOOM/GFX_707-01.html
http://proaudiomusic.com/misc/effects/zoom_GFX-707.htm

The prices you see in those articles are USD, and they've gone up since then too. I want $250 for mine - they're $350 rrp here in AU.

I'm not interested in selling it for less - I'd rather keep it for my kids if I can't get 250 for it, they'll be getting to the point where they're ready for electric + effects in a year or so.

hey stick
im sellin it cause its just a waste for me to have all these effects that i dont use, i only play blues and rock so i only ever use the ds/od effect really
180 is the lowest i can go, in the trading post i looked to see what they were going for and the only one i saw was selling for $240 so im sellin it quite abit below its worth.
if u wanna try it out thats not a prob, i live over at geebung which is near wavell/chermside
if u want more info email me

yeah, it pretty much s***s over the zoom

The zoom is a toy really - although it's a damn good toy, and very good value - it was an awesome way for me to get back into playing electric guitar again after like a 10 year break, but without having to spend uber bucks.

I bought a cheap yamaha, a fairly decent peavey, and the zoom - got out of it for about $1300 I think

I have no idea how the gt-3 compares to the me-30, I've never tried one

Me30's are sweet - my mate has one and he loves it. He plays all styles and its a really versatile effects board. Has the majority of things you'll need for ages and is easily protable.

Does anyone know if these effects boards can be looped through powered mixers? The powered mixer does have an effects loop in it... but the sockets say, "effect out" and "foot switch".

according to the manual, the effects board comes out (?) the out socket, then through the board, then into the "input" sockets...

anyone know anything about this?

thats sorta like an FX loop i think, what brand mix are u trying to use??? most simply use INS (aka insert) stereo leads where the left chan is send and the right receive to send to a FX unit. the best way is of course to use a pre-fader aux - FX unit - mix channel.

my korg AX1000G cost me $550
