Ok what am I doing wrong?

Using original legit CD's

1) install BF1942
2) install Road to roam (same dir,
Duh)
3) install latest patch v1.4
4) install latest DC mod
5) Fire up dedicated server and select DC, and use just DC maps.


Now heres the kicker. On my game PC, In game (1942 DC) I try to connect to the server and it comes up with some kind of file mismatch error.

Any ideas where I've screwed the pooch?

isnt the fix for this to grab the nocd crack for bf1942?

my guess server side files..it is a guess!! soz...i have made one with an earlier version with a serverfile nocd .exe...i do have oringinals as well...but choose this serverfile nocd.

the error he is mentioning is "Data differs from Server"

I get the same error when i create a dedicated server on my laptop and try to join it from another pc, yet my laptop can join other servers.

Also i know codebasher is not running no cd cracks.
