Very average. Though it does look nice. Sadly Cradle 2 The Grave was more entertaining. 24 Hour Party People was amusing and then you have City of God, which was very entertaining. Consensus?

I didn't mind Ned Kelly, except there were a bunch of 15 or 16 year old idiots stting behind us talking throughout the movie. I swear it should be illegal for chatting in the cinemas. Something along the lines of being flogged with a cat of nine tails or something.

I wasn't class. Though I do know who was.

Oh and talking about annoying people. I once had a friend who brought pop rocks into the cinema and proceeded to devour them during the quiet sections of the movie...

Ooh, magic gum. That stuff was awesome. Except if you eat it with softdrink it can kill you.

in high school we used to tip entire packets of that stuff directly down our throats - quite a thrill. Dunno where to buy it now.

saw Ned Kelly on Fri night was pretty average had some funny bits though as well as some gross bits

saw the Emperor's Club on thursday night thought it was pretty good haven't really seen any stand out movies so far this year

I heard Emperor's club was a bit like Dead Poet's Society?

I just came back from seeing it.

I'll have to siton it, but I can't shake the feeling of "What exactly was the point?", so they told the story, that's great.. and..? nothing?

The Pianist is good. Definitely a shock to the senses though.

If you wanna see a movie with no point, go and see The Hours. I didn't hate it but it sure was boring.

My personal pick at the moment is Moonlight Mile.

I went and saw Below a couple of nights ago, and yeah it was pretty good. It started off like a WW2 submarine movie, then it got all freaky and stuff, made for an interesting mix :)

Moonlight Mile is interesting and alright. It has a good soundtrack.
