Not for Outlook Express, unfortunately, but might be handy if you use Outlook 98/2000/2002/XP:

Bump: a new version of this has been released:

http://home.in.tum.de/~jain/software/oe-quotefix/

v1.19.2 (02/08/2003)
improved wrap-fix logic: minimum line length for false wrap detection (ignore signatures and single-word lines)
improved paragraph detection: hopefully no more false wraps inserted by OE-QF
installer does not depend on oleacc.dll anymore (dependency was added recently by mistake)
more checks to prevent emoticon insertion in links
fixed: sig did not get colored if preceded by a quoted line

if you use XP there's a program called xpanitispy, I think it's one of the options (it might not be all one word)

I got the registry patch which is probably similar to yours from that speed guide website. There was alot of other interesting stuff on there. I can't remember the URL though, probably speedguide.com.au or something
