You know, a little exploration never hurt anyone. Well, maybe Captain Cook, but it wouldn't hurt you.

Click on Start > Programs > Accessories > Paint

Draw yourself up a nice little sig and then upload it to webspace. Go to your AGN options and set it as your sig. Done.

I just think that its a kind of weird question thats all, you cant really say "show me" and expect to get good designing graphics over night. You have to go and look for your self, play around with some basic programs and work your way from there. Ive been doing 2D and 3D graphics/modeling for a few years now and it takes alot of time and effort to get something good designed.
If you really want to learn how to design some nice effects and so on then just let us know. Ill be more then happy to point you in the right direction and post up a few good sites that can help you.

Crash scores big points. Do some of the work yourself (ie: look into your ausgamers account options if you've already got a nice or even a crappy graphic you want as your sig) and then ask if you still have problems.
If you don't have a graphic, but want one, then maybe draw something and scan it like I did (you can tell, can't you?). BTW, beer doesn't help much.
