UPDATE TIME!

Yup, we got out tonight for a long-promised UE trip.

We found a trail that was VERY fenced off. It also looked quite uninviting and ominous. So of course, we had to go in.

We had to walk for quite a ways, up some VERY steep hills.

And then we came across something. Something enormous. Something that I couldn't believe existed.

A bit nerve-wracking in the dark, to say the least. I am glad we brought firearms, because I would have been a bit creeped out by all the strange noises and wind (there was no wind) when we were near it.

What did we find?

This thing is HUGE. That's me in the white shirt, by the way. Adam is the one to the right of me. It's quite obviously a cremation facility.

The creepy part, however, is the bloodstains on the walls inside the tunnels. The camera wouldn't pick these up, though. We tried to get a picture, but it turned out rather poor.

Adam did, however, unceremoniously desecrate this place of death with his Wendy's cup.

My freind and i rang up about these ghost tours they do in Brisbane City, you know the usual Boggo Road Jail thing and all that, locking you in cells. But they have one thats like a rating 3 (dunno how they rate this) but the guy said they don't really publicise that one cause it's really scary, apparently they take you too Toowong Cemetary and you're there for 3 hours doing all this s***. ANyways, $40 for the tour.

Anyone interested?? :)

Theres a hill at the cemetary with high voltage power cables running under it.

The magnetic charge from the cables is enough to drag your car uphill if you knock it out of gear and take the handbrake off.

Spook hill is the place that your car is meant to roll up the hill. Total bulls*** but it's fun going there. It's at Mt Cotton in the middle of no where. A good place to go is into the old Tennyson power station. We climbed the fences one night and walked around most of it until the onsight sercurity dog started going apes*** when it heard us. f*** it was funny watching 4 guys piss-bolt and try and climb over an old shaky fence.

The crematorium at Mt Gravatt is alright to go to at night. Especially if you climb up the ladder behind the main building and there is a pit with a massive iron door over it. Once you get the lid open there is a pit much like a grave for a coffin and it's filled with the ashes from the furnaces or whereever they burn the bodies. There were all sorts of metal symbols lying through the ash, I guess they were from the sides of the coffins. Dunno, but it was pretty freaky s***.

I really wish there was a geniune haunted house in Brisbane. That would rock hard.

I've hearda bout it from friends and s***... please explain it, and also how its total bulls*** (i.e. how it "appears" to roll upwards, but doesn't. etc etc. or doesn't even appear to)...

where's the crematorium.. my mates and I get bored s***less on a weekend night and stuff like that would f***in rock :)

we took a few graveyard runs and stuff but it was pretty f***in boring and not scary at all :/

In a car it was f***in scary with just me & rubba's bro. Noises and s*** (whcih I'm sure we imagined), but seeing as being INSIDE the car was MUCH brighter than outside (interior lights and s***) it made it hard to see and was creepy, plus there is no room to do a u-turn and you cant go fast or you run into head-stones made it even worse =)

But we walked through it no probs, could see easily and wasn't scary at all...

Want something to make the adrenaline go with stuff like that, but can't find any s*** in bris... if you know of any, let us know :D

It's f***ed up how the guy who started the thread got arrested and charged for concealed weapon, and had his car impounded.
