The CPL Pacific Website has been updated, with the news that the new PC magazine Atomic Maxiumum Power magazine is the official sponsor of the event. Information on the prize pool is listed, as well as word that the entire network is being provided by the awesome people from Cisco. Its not to late to register, and you can still get cheap flights through a variety of providers (my last flight to Melbourne was arranged less than 12 hours in advance and cost me less that $200 through Virgin Blue).

Basically, its going to be the biggest LAN event held in Australia ever. If you're in Melbourne, or even close, you should be there. If you can get there, you should go, otherwise you'll feel stupid on the weekend when you're not there and every other leetass gamer in Australia is.
