Doomcenter MGON's latest game based website designed one would assume to take on Gamespy at their own game, has a really cool set of interviews with several developers. Basicly they have interviewed a bunch of developers for their thoughts on the upcoming doom3. Stomped did somthing like this early in the year when Doom3 was announced, but what makes this more interesting is these developers reactions to the now famous doom3 avi, that showed doom three at the Geforce 3 Launch. Interesting comments by Tom Hall, former id now Ion Storm guy: I'm in crunch mode, and watching it off the Web like everyone else... But it looks simply breathtaking. If there's a bunch of characters onscreen (like DOOM) and it's still fast...people will eat their own faces. I hope they can kick the gameplay up a notch to match that astounding technology--letting the character doing something truly new (but simple) in the same DOOM context...the potential for revolution would be high.
