Hi guys

Selling my chair to get an upgrade one!

http://www.officeworks.com.au/product_group_detail_display.asp?pgid=1081&CategoryID=157&SectionID=12&txtReturnURL=http://www.officeworks.com.au/product_groups_browse.asp?pgid=1081&categoryid=157&SectionID=12&page=1

is the URL for the exact chair, retails for $159 at the moment from officeworks.

Side arms have a little marking on them, nothing which effects it greatly.

Only problem with chair is when you tilt back (lean back) the hight of the chair goes down, to fix just hold the level to lift chair back up again, works 100% fine if chair is upright 100% of the time, otherwise if you want to rock you may need to get a replacement canister for $29.95

post here if you're interested

Don't get rid of it. I have one of those and the rock hard. f***ing comfy to sit in plus they're awesome to lean back in when watching movies on the PC. Got mine from Office Works over a year ago and it's the best chair I've ever bought. Don't sell your chair short. You owe it more than that.

I've never had a problem with mine. Maybe he got a dodgy chair but I stand by them and fully recommend getting one. Maybe he re-enacts Jackass and rolls down his street on it.

well if u can't tilt back on it then it doesn't work 100% does it.

I'd say most I'd pay for it would be 90bucks, but I'd have to sit in it and be comfy.

if your after a reasonably priced nice chair try target, they sell the director leather chair for $199 but is quite often on special for $139. Ive got 2 here now and they're very comfortable and sturdy, a good buy when you consider the price of an equivalent from officeworks or the like.

I have jsut bought a chair and looking around at various shops i wouldn't buy a chair from Office Works, Kmart or Amart, they all sell crap. If you want a good chair for yourself, especially if you sit in it as long as i do then go to Safe Ways at Virginia. They sell good quality office furnature. I gota brilliant chair from there for $229 reduced from $319. Most of their floor stock is about $450 but it is good quality. Go there and speak with them and see the difference between office works crap and their real stock.

Hi guys

back after a night out

I was looking at about $80 for the chair.

Yah you can come try it out, it is fine to sit in, and if you don't plan on rocking/reclining its fine.

icq me 17253681 if you're intrested

tell me exactly how it's fine until u rock back on it? I mean how can it be good upright but not good leaning? how the hell is the reclining bit attached to the up & down bit?

Ok I'll try to explain

You know the gas lift which makes the chair go up and down right?

When the chair is UP and you lean back on it more than about 20-25cm for some reason the gas lift releases all the gas and the chair drops to the floor hight (meaning its like 45cm off the floor the lowest the chair can go)

to fix, just stand up and pull the lever to refil full of gas and its fixed again until you recline back to more than 25cm.

You can lock the reclinging mechanism too btw by pushing a lever in, meaning the chair will be upright and not able to be rocked back in until it is released.

Its a very comfortable chair and the reason I'm selling is cause I want one which supports my lower back and is a high back (this one is medium back)

any other questions? if I haven't explained this enough let me know and I'll try harder
