Alright, new/spare pc,
I turn it on, it beeps on startup, and does nothing after that? This is an Athlon XP 1800 on a Gigabyte 7VTXE m/b, anyone know wtf is going on? |

Ram or Video card, check that both are seated well... Take 'em out and wipe the contacts too... If more than 1 stick of RAM remove all but one stick and see how you go.

Remove the ram completely, if its two sticks of ram remove one put one in and swap them.
If its only 1 stick of ram change the slot |
