There's been a fair bit more info released about this game, including new screenshots and movies!
What other elements of Robotech were you convinced had to go into this game?
Adam:
The missiles are a huge part of the game. They're very different from anything else.
Eric: We concentrated on the missiles and the volleys and shooting them down.
Adam: We're working on making that easier for the player, but it's awesome. And you can do it in the head-to-head battles. As for the general look, we really tried hard to capture how action-packed the series is.
Eric: Speed. It's all about speed.

From the Gamers.com Interview...
Any of Minmei's songs?

Eric: I hope not.

Marc: Maybe a credit role or something.

Eric: I don't know, because I don't know what the popularity is on them. It seems like everyone likes to bash the Minmei songs. I don't really like them. They make my ears bleed. But that's just not my kind of music.

Personally, I'd rather play Robotech 3D, can't wait for it to be released.

There seems to be big black borders around the moddel which is why they look wierd. It also looks like the Valkries move a bit too slow. I remember the end credits for robotech, they rocked with fast paced action all over the place. I'm hopping they can capture that with the game. I'll buy it anywayCause Robotech rocks. BTW does anyone know where I can get the Robotech DVD's?

most hobby places in melbourne you can get robotech on DVD but some are a pretty penny.

Minotaur in elizabeth is ezy one that definately has them but are the most expensive place around for cult stuff. Try "Hobby Japan" in the arcade next to village cinemas at bourke st. Or another comic store I know is in footscray that would most likely have them but can't remember the name. Place is called "The Crypt".

Once you have em, make em a divx and send to me :)

Robotech rox!

But gotta agree with graphics are a tad bit disappointing. Still.. it's still in early development.. may look a lot nicer later.

As for DVDs.. I have the complete Robotech boxset.

Boxsets 1-7 hehehe

Suck it down!
