Anyone around Bris ever been to this? My girlfriend is into this in a big way and wants to know if anyone knows a good studio. At least that's what she tells me, I think she just wants to laugh at me for posting questions about yoga... :P |

My mate did a few sessions of this and apparently it's quite good. Though, I must say, he has ulterior motive cause apparently there are lots and lots of hawt girls that go there haha |

Have couple female friends that do it and swear by it. I've thought about it due to my lack of flexibility and muscle tightness.

Don't pay attention to what women say about stuff like this. They are very driven by hype. Don't pay attention to the men, because they're only in it for the women.

Are you saying this about Yoga in general? I'm going to disagree, based on its long history through out the rest of the world, that Yoga is useless. |

I wouldn't do Bikram as your sole source of exercise (unless you're a chick), I treat it more as 1.5 hours of stretching. It's working well so far, I've increased my hamstring flexibility greatly, I still have tight hip flexors but they're a lot looser then when i started.
