Lucasarts appears to have followed up on it's efforts to move their back catalogue to Steam, with them adding the following overnight:

-Star Wars: Dark Forces
-Dark Forces: Jedi Knight + Mysteries of the Sith
-Jedi Knight 2: Jedi Outcast
-Jedi Academy

Each one is up for sale individually, but they've also got them bundled together for $us19.99 - Not bad, especially if you don't own or never played any of the titles. For those interested, Dark Forces runs via Dosbox, with Jedi Knight appearing to run natively in Windows (although it seems to hate high resolutions). Would've been nice to see them re-tool DF & JK ala Monkey Island: SE, but can't have it all..

As a side note, they've also put Loom, Indiana Jones & The Last Crusade, Fate of Atlantis & The Dig up on Steam as a bundle pack for $us9.99.. So many games, so little time/money :(

Hell yeah, I'll grab JK + MotS just for nostalgia value, awesome single player, original CD's got destroyed years ago.

Surely Dark Forces doesn't require DosBox if you buy it through Steam, does it?

I would buy JK2 if there are servers for it.

My son and I play JK2 all the time on Lan with bots at home, love that game multiplayer.

Huh, you can't grief a bot. Where's the fun?

steam for the win!

no way you'd pay cash for these old games (ok some people would) but by putting them on steam at attractive prices, they are probably making a killing!

Yeah but trash talking my 8yr old as I choke him and push him off the edge of the map is priceless.
