hey i was just wondering what a direct link on this website or how to get there to get the v1.7 patch for cod4 please.
i might not be looking hard enough but i have been playing it with some army m8s but dont trust looking for it on google. any help will be great thnx

yes you can, just not servers running earlier versions.

ohk, can i still play on the origional game i am currently on though or will it rest to 1.6 or 1.7 when i download them

back up your profile first since it tends to get wiped out with patches (for some)

should be in my documents somewhere i think

Hey i have made a copy of cod4 and put it into a folder, what fil do i go to install it?
because this will be the one where i install the 1.6-1.7 patches

Also it's good to install Punk Buster to keep it upto date for COD4, as it can be a pain when it doesn't connect fast enough & kicks you from a game
